Some can have illnesses or pains. All of this needs to be taken into consideration in a workout routine. Unfortunately, online videos and applications cannot do that as they are fixed and impossible to customize."

In that case, they should do so because everyone is different, and for the most effective results, fitness routines should be customized according to individual needs.
