Jim Watson has more than 15 years of technical leadership experience architecting, designing, and developing software products and applications.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Watson was previously the Vice-President of Engineering at IONA Technologies, PLC, where he managed the overall architecture, implementation and delivery of products. Prior to that position, he was IONA's first Technical Director. Prior to joining IONA, Watson was the Founder and Principal Consultant of Aurora Technologies, Inc, a 10-person boutique consultancy for custom application development and integration projects. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Before founding Aurora, Watson was a co-architect for one of the first distributed simulation environments developed for the US Military. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Watson holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
