Mr. Christopher Sterling is a reviews editor for Airways Magazine, where he specifically covers new books or videos on commercial airline aviation. He has authored and edited 20 monographs so far, in addition to currently serving on the editorial boards of seven media and telecommunication research journals. He edited the three-volume Encyclopedia of Radio, published in early 2004, which won the American Library Association's "RUSA" award as one of the top 20 reference books of the year.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Sterling is also a professor of media and public affairs, and of public policy and public administration at The George Washington University. He has been a member of the GW faculty for over 25 years. Mr. Sterling directed the university's graduate telecommunication program from 1984 to 1994, and again from 2001 to 2003. He also served as associate dean for graduate affairs in the arts and sciences from 1994 to 2001.
