Nancy Gendron joined AMR Research in 1998 with more than 15 years of high-tech experience. She created CNBS as a "standalone AMR Research service offering." CNBS, a unique service to the industry, is geared towards supplying executives with "critical information and strategic counsel" necessary for effective dealings regarding software license and implementation agreements. The wide-ranging goal of CNBS is to aid in attaining fair contracts for the clients while maintaining positive relationships with vendors.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining AMR Research, Gendron served as Vice President of Worldwide Contracts and Special Bids with Marcam Solutions, Inc. At Marcam, Gendron was named annually to the Presidents Club from 1992 through 1996, and in 1997 she received the Presidents Award. Prior to her tenure at Marcam, Gendron served in various management roles at Dun & Bradstreet Software and McCormack & Dodge.
