His articles and interviews have appeared in such publications as the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, the New York Review of Books, Harper's, Corriere Della Sera, La Stampa, El Pais, Le Figaro, Yomiuri Shimbun, O Estado de Sao Paulo, and many others. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Gardels is a Media Fellow of the World Economic Forum (Davos) and has lectured at the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in Rabat, Morocco and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing, China. He is a member of both the Council on Foreign Relations and the Pacific Council.
