CEO Gifts 20 Cars to employees along with Cash in Ahmedabad

The employee who received this car is fairly new to the organization contrary to the belief that only employees who have been with the organization since the beginning should be rewarded handsomely. Mehul Rajput wants to change the trend and rewards the employees based on their dedication, hard work, and their worth to the company instead of seniority, how old they have been associated with the organization.  The employee who received the car is working as a Chief Operation Officer named Samar Patel is not even 2 years old within the organization but seeing at his multi-disciplinary functions within the organisation CEO decided to reward him.

In an Instagram post that Mr Rajput shared, he was all praise for his trusted deputy and was seen thanking him for being part of the organization and to all the employees who have been working at MindInventory to bring it to the level it is now after successfully completing 11 years. 

It's not the first time and certainly not the last time that Mr Rajput has gifted a car to his employee. A year ago, he gifted 10 cars to his employees which consisted of the first employee of the organisation to the 6 month old employee who had joined recently at that time. Along this he also rewarded some employees with Cash bonus ranging between 1 Lac to 25 Thousand rupees.
