As a research analyst, Heather Keltz is responsible for conducting quantitative market research and estimation for vendor reports. This includes questionnaire and sample design, supervising and/or conducting field interviews and surveys, statistical analysis of research data, and writing reports.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining AMR Research, Keltz worked as a Senior Analyst at Urban Associates, Inc., where she handled all processes of quantitative studies from developing the research instrument to analysis and future recommendations.
