Marianne Dicander Alexandersson will be named Chairman of the Board of Directors of Occlutech at the Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2021.

Marianne Dicander Alexandersson is a Swedish citizen and works on the board. She is also a member of the advisory board of TLV (The Dental and Pharmaceutical Supply Agency).
Mette-Marie Harild elected to the board
Mette-Marie Harild is Danish and a medical device industry veteran who has been in the pharmaceutical / medical industry for more than thirty years. She previously held sales and marketing positions at Rhone Poulenc and Janssen Pharma. She also served as Regional Vice President Medtronic A / S in various regions for 13 years.
Helena Levander elected to the board
Helena Levander is a Swedish citizen and has 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector as well as in corporate management and board work in Sweden and Norway. Michel Lussier elected to the board
Michel Lussier is a Canadian citizen and an experienced serial entrepreneur in the field of medical technology and cell therapy. He is chairman of Celyad Oncology SA, iSTAR Medical SA and Gabi Smartcare SA. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Medtronic Inc. and 10 years at Volcano Corp, where he was Group President.
