Misi³n - Nuestra misi³n es educar a una poblaci³n diversa en un ambiente amigable y propicio para el aprendizaje. Para muchos, podra ser su primera vez en los Estados Unidos. Nuestro objetivo es aclimatar a estos estudiantes a una nueva cultura, manteniendo el orgullo que sienten por su propia cultura. Otros pueden haber nacido en los Estados Unidos, pero tienen un idioma diferente al ingl©s que se habla en casa. Nuestro objetivo es ayudarlos a adquirir dominio del idioma ingl©s.
Our ESL Program- Our program consists of 9 levels: beginner I-III, intermediary I-III and advanced I-III. A part of the advanced levels o¬er medical terminology for the healthcare providers. It also prepares the students for the TOEFL. Our teaching methodology focuses on enhancing academic speaking and listening ability in addition to developing reading comprehension and vocabulary skills. In this learning environment, students are very involved and active which is the most e¬ective way to learn English.
Nuestro Programa de Ingl©s Como Segundo Idioma - Nuestro programa consta de 9 niveles, principiante I-III, intermedio I-III y avanzado I-III. Una parte de los niveles avanzados ofrece terminologa m©dica para los proveedores de atenci³n m©dica, tambi©n prepara a los estudiantes para el TOEFL. Nuestra metodologa de ense±anza se centra en mejorar la capacidad acad©mica de hablar y escuchar, adem¡s de desarrollar la comprensi³n de lectura y las habilidades de vocabulario. En este entorno de aprendizaje, los estudiantes est¡n muy involucrados y activos, que es la forma m¡s efectiva de aprender ingl©s.
