In the South African context we recently published a court ruling that was related to structural violence and agression within a Sectional Titles Scheme. The focus was to reflect the reality of living in these types of properties, which have a range of issues from intimidation to abuse, from a ruling that took place a couple of years ago. In terms of a previous study done in Europe we found out that verbal agression is very common and that there are different means to combat the agressor.
