Susie Middleton covers cooking and food. She is a WAshington, D.C. native and lifelong cook who enjoys casual meals with friends and family. She then followed her passion for cooking and attended culinary school in 1992. She graduated from Peter Kump's New York Cooking School (now the Institute of Culinary Education) with a blue ribbon.
