Kal London is the host of "Travel with Kal" on WMRD-AM. As a well-traveled host, London takes listeners away to exotic places for a few minutes every weekday morning. He offers travel hints and tips, interviews with the top people in the travel business, and knows how to pick and choose the best places to travel here in the United States and abroad. [CR-LF][CR-LF]London started his career in law and later started a traveling agency, which became one of the largest in Connecticut. As a travel agent he bought advertising time on WLIS/WMRD, so it was a natural place for him to start when he wanted to get into broadcasting, after he sold the agency. His experience and the contacts he made as a travel agent have made him highly respected and recognized, and have given him the ability to now tap the top people in the travel industry. He does 260 shows a year, bringing audiences over 2700 travel interviews since 1998.
