Mr. Richard Langley is the "Innovation" column editor for GPS World.[CR-LF][CR-LF]He is also a professor in the Department of Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering at the University of New Brunswick. Dr. Langley is a member of the National Research Council of Canada Committee on International Science, Engineering and Technology, the Canada-wide Differential GPS Service Management Board and the International Earth Rotation Service in Paris. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Dr. Langley is a recipient of two awards from the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration for his contributions to space geodesy.
