Ms. Koetzle Verified

Laura Koetzle is vice president and research director of Forrester's Computing Infrastructures and Security group. Her primary areas of research include IT security and systems management. She also maintains research interests in enterprise application integration (EAI), Java 2 technologies, and software development methodologies. Before working at Razorfish, Ms. Koetzle built XML content management systems at PC World Communications in San Francisco.
