Mr. Jeff Klinkenberg is the "Real Florida" columnist for the St. Petersburg Times. In addition to covering local news and the outdoors, Klinkenberg also regularly writes people profiles. He has recently written "On Caladesi Island, a remarkable family tree," "Busch Gardens' Jungala meets your wildest dreams" and "Telling Zora Neale Hurston's story took time." Klinkenberg is also a two-time environmental journalism finalist for the national Scripps-Howard Meeman writing contest and has been an Ernie Pyle Human Interest writing finalist.
