Jeff Jeffers began broadcasting local sports at WNDU-TV 16 nearly 30 years ago. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Jeffers served as the play-by-play voice for Irish football, basketball, baseball and hockey. He also served as color analyst for each of those sports. For years, he hosted the nationally syndicated "ND Coaches" show, in addition to hosting a two-hour call-in show before every Notre Dame football game. Jeffers previously worked for ESPN, SportsChannel, Prime Ticket, assorted cable networks, and NBC's "NFL Live" show. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Jeffers was as an associate athletic trainer at the University of Tulsa from 1972 until 1975 while working on his undergraduate degree in film studies. Upon graduation, he enrolled at Notre Dame and served one season as an assistant baseball coach in 1976 while pursuing a graduate degree from the university. [CR-LF][CR-LF]He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta, honorary fraternities. Mr. Jeffers holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1977.
