Andrew Frank serves as a research director for Gartner and gives advice to his clients based on his technical knowledge and first hand business experience. He is responsible for information and consulting services related to the media and marketing industries.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to Gartner, Mr. Frank spent 25 years in the IT industry. He was group director of engineering of Organic, Inc., vice president and CTO of media and entertainment for Viant, Inc., and vice president, partner and head of technical design for Ogilby & Mather Interactive for four years.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Frank has won numerous awards including the "Best Music Site on the Internet" Webby Award in 2001, "Best Streaming Media Web site" New Media Invision Award in 1999, and the DMA Silver Echo Award: Express Net on America Online (1995). He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from Wesleyan University.
