Ms. Colgan Verified

Mrs. Chrishelle Colgan serves mainly as a producer among many of the roles she has at WLAE-TV.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Some of the programs which she currently produces are "Health Line", a live, call-in health show, "The Church Alive", "The Church Alive: In-Depth" and "Tuition Auction".[CR-LF][CR-LF]Colgan also produces promos and underwriter spots for WLAE. In addition, she produces feature stories for "Tiger Tracks", a monthly program about LSU sports on Cox Sports Television.[CR-LF][CR-LF]She has also contributed to the University of New Orleans Television after producing a 13-part series for the Archdiocese of New Orleans called "Respecting the gift of life:Catholic teaching on the life issues". [CR-LF][CR-LF]Colgan has also worked on other projects such as the Jefferson Performing Arts Society's "The Sounds of Christmas" and the McGlinchey-Stafford debate forums.[CR-LF][CR-LF]She came to WLAE as a receptionist in August of 2003.[CR-LF][CR-LF]When she is not reporting or producing, she enjoys playing tennis, working out a the gym, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Colgan graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in communications.
