Jude Hudson is an editor of Western City Magazine, a publication of the League of California Cities and the Institute for Local Government. As principal of the communications firm Hudson and Associates, Hudson was a Program Manager for the Institute's Arts in the Community Project, and she edits many institute publications, including Western City magazine, the League's monthly publication. She also works with many local agencies and non-profits on communications issues.
