In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, author Dr. Mary Jo Podgurski launched her latest book in her Nonnie Series¢, Nonnie Talks About Mental Health. This book is the 12th volume in the series.

Dr. Mary Jo Podgurski, the founder of the Academy for Adolescent Health, Inc., is an RN, counselor, and educator committed to serving young people since 1970. She has developed seven youth-focused programs, including Peer Education, to enhance self-worth.
