Raised and educated in the United States, based in Bali, Indonesia from 2002 - 2018, and now residing in Noosa, Australia. I am an avid writer and freelance journalist who has written for numerous publications and online portals.

Currently, I am the curator, scriptwriter and host for the weekly Ku De Ta Radio Show that streams online as well as broadcasts to over 6 million FM radio listeners in 70 countries (https://www.mixcloud.com/kudetaradio/). And I also continue to produce marketing copy for the global Karma Resorts Group (www.karmaresorts.com). Most recent jobs include online newsletters and scripts for Karma Group awards presentations for the GNEX (http://gnexconference.com/awards) and ARDA Awards 2019.

Other recent projects have included ongoing culture-based features for VICE Indonesia (www.vice.com/en_id) and 4-5 blog articles per month for Hino Trucks Australia (http://www.hino.com.au/blog/).

I was the managing editor, contributor and photographer for TimeOut Bali (supplement to TimeOut Jakarta magazine) from 2009 to 2011 and the assistant editor and photographer at The Beat Magazine, Bali/Jakarta (http://beatmag.com) from 2005 to 2007. Over the past 12 years I have contributed regular articles to Bali-based publications such as FRV, Hello Bali, The Yak, and Villa & Yacht Magazine, covering a wide range of topics including design, property, dining, music, lifestyle, travel, and culture.
