I have been a reporter for 29 years. I live in
Gaziantep/Turkey. I have worked for various news agencies and local media.
Since I live in a city close to the border, I covered the civil war in Syria,
migration, social problems caused by immigration, and cross-border operations.
For a while, I watched the trials of foreign fighters involved in various
organizational structures in Syria. In 2011 and 2015, I received the Best Local
News Awards of the Year from the Contemporary Journalists Association twice.
I still continue my journalism in Gaziantep.
