Miss Ho-Tsai FAN is a Hong Kong based veteran journalist / freelance fixer with solid background for 30 years.  She is an all- round reporter to have served the newspaper, radio and TV and online,  familiar with production line. Miss Fan speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.  She renders service with professionalism and a humble heart.

She grabs the pulse of our world, understands the complexity of life and human interaction.  She builds up great networks with government officials, business sectors, NGOs and different organizations, could help with any kind of news items---breaking news, social, political and others, has produced a lot of live broadcasting or in-depth documentary projects.

Miss Fan used to meet tight deadlines under great pressure. She was the Managing Editor of the newly set-up DBC Radio in Hong Kong in 2013 responsible for the whole operation of the 24-hour news channel.

In 2004 she joined Hong Kong Broadband Network’s 24-hour TV news channel as News Editor, reported direct to the Controller and Chief Editor. Under her leadership the news room extended manpower from 30 people to around 100 people in a year.

She also served full time for Hong Kong Commercial Radio, Asian Television, Hong Kong Economic Times and the Public Affairs Department of Hong Kong China Light & Power Company between 1989 and 2003. She was a teacher of news writing and public policy for 4 years.
