I'm a data journalist. I come up with reporting ideas and
find stories to write about based on the databases I'm working on. I write
about public safety, environmental issues, women and children's rights. I
request information via the Access to Public Information Law and I search for
data of public interest in open data portals. I clean, arrange and analyze
databases. At the same time, I look for stories that many people have to tell
