Born in 1987 in İstanbul, Turkey. He received his BA degree
from the Department of Journalism at İstanbul Bilgi University. Following that,
he started to work as a reporter in Habervesaire and Bianet. He worked as a
photographer at İstanbul Bilgi University's marketing department. In 2013, he
started to work in Reuters as a freelance photographer on breaking news and
social issues. His pictures have been published by The New York Times, Stern,
Guardian, Der Spiegel, Telegrapgh, Paris Match among others. He currently lives
in Istanbul and continues his work as a stringer photojournalist at Reuters.
