Jeff West began his radio career as an intern in June of 1987 and got his first on-air position nearly six months later. He worked in Top 40 and Oldies formats before taking spot on KMLE in 1995. Since then, West has been honored with a nomination as the Country Music Association's Major Market Personality of the Year.[CR-LF][CR-LF]West was born and raised in Phoenix and grew up listening to music.
