Tony Silber started his career as a press secretary in the New York State Senate, and also worked as a reporter and editor at a daily newspaper in Connecticut. He then served as executive editor of Internet World. He was the publisher and editor of Folio from 1998-2000. He then launched M10, the executive-level magazine and information service for the magazine industry. Silber has served as the chairman of the American Business Press Publisher's Committee. Silber has a bachelor's degree in history from the State University of New York at Albany.
