Johan Verheyden is a journalist based in Tunis, Tunisia working until recently for an EU institution, but looking to get back into the saddle as a true journalist. My longstanding experience in the Sahel, as well as contacts at different levels, make me well-placed to both serve as an expert on the region, the politics of the international organisations and the local politics.
