Bob Grip is the anchor of Fox10 News weeknights. He has worked professionally in broadcasting since 1970, most of that time in television. Along with his anchoring, he produces ?Fox10 News Fugitive Files,? which won ?Best Series? from the Alabama Associated Press Broadcasters Association. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Bob is the winner of many awards and has been recognized for his work. He has been named "Readers' Choice Local TV News Anchor" in the Mobile Register's "Readers' Choice Awards" competition, and ?Best TV Anchor? by the readers of Mobile Bay Monthly. He has also been named "Best News Anchor" and honored for "Best In-Depth Reporting" by the Mobile Press Club and the Alabama Associated Press Broadcasters Association. In July, 2003, he was honored with the "John Harris Achievement Award" from the Mobile Press Club as well. Along with these recognitions, he has received a number of awards from the Associated Press, United Press International, and the American Bar Association.
