George Foote is a co-founder and senior partner of Foote Partners. [CR-LF][CR-LF]In his previous 24-year career with McKinsey & Company, he served as the firm?s senior partner in charge of the firm?s Worldwide Executive Compensation practice. He is the only compensation consultant to have served on the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), which he did for several years in an ex officio capacity. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Foote serves on various boards of directors and has for been active for more than a decade in creating college curricula in business ethics, including establishing the Foote Chair in Ethics at Hiram College in 2000. [CR-LF][CR-LF]He is a graduate of Harvard University.
