What is construction timelapse?

Timelapse is a technique where you take pictures at a very low frame rate and play them at a much higher frame rate giving the impression that building and infrastructure projects are occurring at a much quicker rate than in real life. This way, the time appears to be moving much faster. Hence it is called timelapse.
